Customer Immersion Experience Lead, Microsoft

Christopher is responsible for leading and delivering CIE sessions to our EPG and CTM accounts in 1:1 and 1: Few customer engagements. He will build excitement about the new Windows and Office Suite and will reengineer the customer buying vision, by taking the conversation from a product specific discussion to a productivity and platform discussion. He will also help us scale CIE delivery by training our partners on how to successfully deliver CIEs in their accounts.
CIE is one of Microsoft’s top Sales and Marketing Program and having 100% dedicated on this will help deepen our customers’ knowledge on the value of our cloud and productivity solutions and accelerate our sales process.
Christopher joins us from United Bank of Africa’s Information Technology team where he worked on Windows Virtualization, Storage and Business Continuity Projects. He also supported both Microsoft Exchange and Zimbra solutions at the bank. He was the Team Lead Support Services before his exit from the bank. Christopher has over 5 years of work experience and has worked in different IT capacities. He has an MSc in Information Technology and several IT certifications.
When Christopher is not studying for certifications, you will find him spending time with family or watching a soccer game. He’s a “die hard” Arsenal fan! Gunners for life!
