A law graduate of the University of London, Olufemi has delivered “design to completion” advisory services on numerous high value, high impact ICT projects over the past 12 years in the UK, and more recently in Nigeria .
Advisory roles include number portability policy and customer service related advisory services to the Nigerian Communications Commission, National Consultant to the World Bank / NUC STEP – $10m MPLS Broadband / HD Video NgREN project, that connects 29 universities – each at 155MB p/s onto a 10g core (one of the largest non – operator networks in the country), consultant to the World Bank / STEP B on the design, bid management and implementation management of the tertiary database portal, consultant to NMRC on the design, bid management of a 23 – node integrated market system for the Nigerian Mortgage Sector, ICT Task -Team leader for the Education Sector Reforms 2006/2007 which birthed the ICT department within the MOE, amongst other important long term reform measures, consultant to MBNA Bank on greenfield Broadband & 2,000 seat Contact – Center / CRM projects in Ireland and the UK, and Consultant to Fidelity Bank PLC’s, Galaxy Backbone, and NBC’s Digital Migration Contact – Center projects; amongst many other exciting engagements.
Other high impact engagements include serving as consultant to the finalization Committee on the Nigerian ICT policy 2013, (approved by the FEC in 2013) and as Consultant to the Pension Commission of Nigeria.
