VP Business Developmet & Customer Service,
Omolara Adagunodo has +8 years cumulative work experience spanning the banking, utility and hospitality industry. She is one of the pioneer staff of Jumia Travel (formerly Jovago) who were instrumental to the growth of the company. She is the VP Business Development/Customer Service.
Omolara started her career in as a Management Trainee at Guaranty Trust Bank, where she worked for 3 years before she relocated to the UK where she worked as Customer Care Advisor and later Communications & Change Lead with British Gas. She holds a degree in English/Arts from the University of Ado-Ekiti, and an MSc in Management from Manchester Metropolitan University Business School, United Kingdom.
Currently in her role as VP, Customer Service for Jumia Travel, Omolara oversees the customer service teams in Nigeria & Ghana which has grown in the last three years from a 3 to a 30 man team. She’s a model customer service professional.
